Website and operator
This website presents Feelin Creative’s work, allows email-draft enquiries and provides permission-controlled account resources. It is operated by Good Feelin LLC, doing business as Feelin Creative, registered in Florida, USA. No purchase or checkout takes place on this website. This does not exempt service contracts concluded elsewhere from applicable consumer law.
Accounts and acceptable use
New client access requires Juan’s approval; an email request alone does not create an account or workspace permission. Existing accounts can continue to sign in and recover access. Keep your credentials secure and your account details accurate. Do not share authentication codes, impersonate others, bypass permissions, access another person’s documents, disrupt the service or upload unlawful material. Account access does not grant access to every workspace; invitations and permissions determine access. Report suspected misuse to [email protected].
Content and intellectual property
Brand marks, designs, texts and other website material belong to their respective owners. Portfolio display is not a license to reuse client or third-party work. You retain rights in your own submitted material and must have permission to provide it. Any project-use permissions, ownership or licensing are governed by the separate written agreement and applicable law.
Examples, demos and external sites
Evidence labels distinguish public captures, original vector studies, proposed work, illustrations and fictional demos. Emerald’s platform is in development; Henry Faux is an unofficial prospective demonstration using fictional records. Examples do not guarantee outcomes, production use or identical scope. Third-party links lead to independent websites with their own terms and privacy practices.
Separate project agreements
Your written proposal specifies total price, currency and applicable taxes; scope and deliverables; milestones, dependencies and responsibilities; third-party costs and licenses; intellectual property and handover; ongoing services, cancellation and claims contacts. Default payment is 50% at start, 25% at design approval and 25% before final delivery, unless alternative terms are expressly agreed in the quotation. 2 consolidated revision rounds are included unless the quotation states otherwise. Additional scope requires a separate quotation and approval. Correcting defects or nonconformity is not automatically a paid revision.
Hosting and ongoing services
Hosting, storage and ongoing operation are separately scoped paid services, maintained while active and paid. After cancellation, you have a 60-day retrieval or migration window and prior notice before deletion, subject to legal holds, recordkeeping duties and third-party terms. This is not automatic deletion for late payment or a promise of perpetual backups.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Voluntary cancellation is documented under the proposal: we reconcile actual completed work and return the unused advance as applicable. This contractual process does not replace mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or consumer remedies. Advances are not subject to a blanket non-refundable rule. Juan receives service claims at [email protected], or through the public postal address or telephone.
For Colombian consumer contracts to which article 47 applies, service withdrawal (retracto) may be exercised within 5 business days from conclusion of the service contract. The commenced-service exception requires services actually to have begun with the consumer’s agreement, not merely payment. A valid retracto requires refund within at most 15 calendar days, without deductions for work. These rules are not assumed to apply to every business-to-business or cross-border contract. Mandatory Florida, US and Colombian rights remain preserved where applicable.
Availability and changes
The website may change or be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. Reasonable security and accessibility efforts do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Changes affecting contracted services remain subject to the relevant agreement and mandatory law. Applicable mandatory rights are not limited by these website terms; project-specific contractual terms are provided separately.
