What information is involved

Approved client accounts may provide a nickname, phone country/number, email and password to the authentication service. Profiles may contain a title, join date and verification timestamps. Private work can include memberships, invitations, documents, version history, limited share links, and personal tasks with status, priority, due date, context and activity. Access is permission-controlled; private documents are not open to all visitors or all accounts.

The public contact form only opens a mailto draft with your name, reply email and brief. It does not submit these fields to our database. If you send the email, the message is processed by the email services involved. Browser preferences and local drafts come from your use of this website; hosting, security and error logs come from operating it.

Why information is used

Purposes include account access and verification, permission-controlled collaboration, handling invitations and project records, personal task management, responding to emails you send, remembering device preferences, diagnosing errors, protecting the service and understanding public website use. Notification preferences stay on your device and do not subscribe you to messages. SMS verification operates only if configured; passkeys are experimental, not universally available.

Visitor analytics and browser signals

Visitor analytics is enabled through Lovable. Its documentation describes visits, page views, duration, bounce rate, source, page, device and country inferred from browser time zone. These statistics are not linked to accounts and do not create visitor profiles or follow people across separate visits. These are aggregate website metrics, not a description of activity inside the Lovable editor.

We use data only for service delivery and operation, not newsletters or marketing. We do not sell data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary service providers are not a commercial sale. This website has no dedicated Do Not Track response, so that signal should not be assumed to change processing. DNT is distinct from Global Privacy Control and does not replace legally applicable opt-out rights. Contact our privacy channel to exercise applicable rights.

Providers and international processing

Lovable supplies hosting, aggregate visitor metrics and operational/security/error logs; Lovable Cloud uses Supabase for persistence and authentication. Apple iCloud processes email, and Cloudflare provides domain and network services. Google Fonts loads external font resources and receives network requests from your browser. An optional error integration can report exceptions and the current route. If SMS is configured, Twilio through the Lovable gateway is involved. Email services process messages you choose to send. Independent portfolio websites apply their own policies.

Providers may process information outside your country. No specific hosting region is promised. The official provider notices linked below explain their processing practices. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect rights, subject to applicable law.

Retention and security

Non-client enquiries are kept only as needed to resolve and follow up, then reviewed and deleted, subject to lawful record exceptions. Contracts and invoices follow applicable recordkeeping duties. For separately contracted hosting, storage or operation, cancellation provides a 60-day retrieval or migration window with prior notice before deletion, subject to legal holds, duties and third-party terms. Late payment does not automatically trigger deletion. Backups are not promised indefinitely. Local preferences and drafts have no universal automatic expiry. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Requests and applicable rights

Juan receives privacy and rights requests at [email protected], or through the postal address or telephone above. Describe your request and relevant account; any identity or representative verification should be proportionate. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Depending on jurisdiction and legal applicability, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability and opting out of certain processing. Not every US state privacy statute automatically applies to this operator. Mandatory rights and valid retention exceptions remain applicable.

Colombian data protection

Where Colombian rules apply, you may know, access, update and correct your data; request proof of authorization where required and information about its purposes or use; and seek revocation of authorization or deletion subject to legal or contractual retention duties. You may complain to the SIC after first completing the direct inquiry or complaint procedure with the responsible party or processor. Where authorization is required, its scope and evidence are handled in the written or email intake before client provisioning.

Consultas: response within 10 business days from receipt; if justified, give notice before expiry explaining the delay and response date, with at most 5 additional business days. Reclamos: maximum 15 business days counted from the day following receipt; a justified extension requires notice before expiry explaining the reasons and response date, with at most 8 additional business days.

Updates

We update these policies when our practices change and show the effective or updated date above. Material changes are communicated where applicable; continued use is not blanket authorization for new purposes.
