FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Before we begin.
With your business or personal project, audience and actual needs. We work with companies, professionals and individuals. Discovery helps identify digital opportunities you may not have considered, what to keep and what to prioritize. We agree a scope before design or development.
Not necessarily. We can work with an established identity, evolve a logo or propose a rebrand when the diagnosis supports it. The aim is a coherent system, not change for its own sake.
A public website presents your brand, pages and services on desktop and mobile. A private platform can support sales, teams, bookings or documents when needed. Back-office work is optional and scoped separately; not every project needs it.
The proposal names the deliverables: for example, a brand manual, visual system and agreed assets or templates for email, social media and the website. Files, formats and guidance are defined for your project—not a universal package.
Yes, subject to an assessment of its structure, technology, access and licenses. We can identify improvements or plan a rebuild when appropriate. Existing content, hosting and third-party dependencies are reviewed before committing to a scope.
Your written quotation sets the total price, currency, applicable taxes, scope and timing. The default is 50% at start, 25% at design approval and 25% before final delivery, with 2 consolidated revision rounds unless the quotation says otherwise. Additional scope is quoted and approved separately; correcting defects or nonconformity is not automatically an extra paid revision.
Ownership, permitted use, third-party licenses, accounts, files and training are specified in the project agreement. Fonts, stock media and software can have separate terms or costs. Handover covers what was agreed. Hosting, storage and ongoing operation are separately scoped paid services while active and paid. Cancellation includes a 60-day retrieval or migration window with prior notice before deletion, subject to legal duties and third-party terms; late payment does not mean automatic deletion.
No. Each case distinguishes public-site captures, original identity studies, proposals, illustrations and fictional demos. Emerald is a real client with a platform in development; Henry Faux is a prospective, unofficial fictional demonstration. A demo is not proof of production use or delivery.
No. It prepares an email draft containing your name, reply email and brief in your email app. You review and send it yourself; opening the draft is not delivery confirmation. If no email app is configured, use the general contact link. Avoid sending sensitive information.
Yes. Feelin Creative is operated by Good Feelin LLC, registered in Florida, USA. We can discuss projects across the US and Colombia in English or Spanish. Language, remote collaboration, local requirements and any on-site work are agreed per project; the same LLC contracts and invoices Colombian clients, without a Colombian entity or NIT.
